Submitting an Order

1. How Do I place an order?

To place an order, you have to click on the 'Order Now' link that has been provided next to the gift item that you want to order. On making a click on the link, you would be re-directed to the Items details page which will provide the details about the product that you have selected in terms of Item Code, Unit price, Quantity, Price of the Item. There you can click on ‘Add to Cart’ to add the to add the item you have selected to your cart. On clicking on Add to cart you will be directed to your shopping cart, wherein you can click on continue shopping and add more products to your cart or if you have any discount code add the same in the box provided and get discount updated by clicking on update and then you can click on check out. On clicking on check out you will be directed to the forms page where you are given an option either to Register/ Login or you can also place the order as a Guest user without requiring to Log in/ Register. Once you select one of the options as given to place order, you will be directed to shipping details section, wherein you are required to select the date of delivery, occasion, your message, Special instructions, Billing details, shipping details. And after you complete filling this form you can select the payment gateway EBS/ CCAvenue and you can click on make payment and place your order.

2. How do I know that my order has been received by you?

All orders received will be confirmed by return e-mail by us. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours of submitting the order, please e-mail us at:support@giftwithlove.net. In the subject line of all such e-mails, kindly mention 'Confirmation Awaited'.
For an urgent order, call us for an immediate confirmation.


3. I have a special request for item (s) that are not in your product catalogue? Can you execute the same?

Yes, please send an email with your requirements to us at support@giftwithlove.net. In the subject line of all such e-mails, kindly mention'Personalized Order'. Or else you can go to the form for placing personalized order by clicking on the link Personalized orders and fill in the details regarding your requirement.

4. Can a Greeting card be sent along with the gift?

Gifts are sent along with a Greeting Card. Just type in your message while placing your order and we will print your message to tag along with your gift.


5. Can I specify date and time for delivery of my gift?

Yes. Also, it is desirable to specify the desired delivery date while placing the order. We shall endeavor to have the order delivered at the nearest possible desired time. Our usual delivery hours are between 9 AM - 7 PM. You can also provide us with special instructions, if any, for your order.

The credit card information that is provided by you on the site is used only for getting the authorization code from your bank. Your Credit Card information is NOT stored anywhere in our system.

You provide your credit/ debit card information directly to your bank through our payment gateway. Hence, your credit/debit card information is not shared with the merchant.

3. How will I be charged?

Prices mentioned on our site are in US dollars & Indian Rupees. However, you will be charged in your local currency equivalent to the Rupee value. The equivalent amount will be automatically calculated as per the prevailing bank rates.

Delivery Information

1. What are the terms of the delivery service?

We deliver to:
• All identified A cities in 'Locations' section on same day.
• All identified B cities in 'Locations' section within 1-3 business days.
• In all other towns and cities within 3 working days. However, it may not be possible to deliver perishable items like cakes, flowers and sweets in these towns and cities.
If desired dIf desired delivery date for the gift item is not specified by you in the order form then your order shall be delivered within 1 business day to Class 'A' cities and 3 business days to class 'B' cities.

For festive occasions, we would suggest you to place your orders 3-4 days in advance.

2. Are there any hidden costs such as delivery charges, taxes etc.?

There are no hidden charges. The listed price for the product is inclusive of all charges like packaging, shipping, handling, delivery and taxes.


3. How to know whether my order is delivered or not?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the relevant details within 24 hrs. of order delivery from us.

4. Privacy of information provided by me?

Your name, address, email information is not shared with anyone else. However, we may occasionally send email to our customers notifying them of special offers/ reminders. However, you can choose not to receive such mails.
